14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be included

How to Request a Return

⚠️ Important: Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Defective/damaged/incorrect items: We cover return shipping
  • Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If we provide a return label for non-defective items, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours at support@blisyn.com
  2. Include photos of the issue
  3. We will resolve the matter promptly

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom engraved products
  • Special order items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Submit a return request
  2. Wait for approval and processing
  3. Place a new order for the desired item

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Requirements:

  • Items must be unused
  • Original packaging required
  • Proof of purchase included

Refund Processing

Timeline:

  • We will inspect your return and notify you of approval status
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Bank processing times may vary

If you haven't received your refund:
